Supreme Commander : Guild Leader / Commander in Chief and Founder of the Brigade of Honor

Duties and Responsibilities
1. This Rank is Held by the Founder and Leader of the Brigade of Honor Guild.
2. The Officer holding this rank has absolute power over any and all actions, personnel decisions and overall direction and strategy within the Brigade of Honor.
3. The Supreme Commander Appoints the Deputy Supreme Commander and the General of the Army any other other position he feels is necessary.
4. Maintains the website and modifies rules and overall strategy to keep up with the constantly changing world the guild operates in.
5. Runs the Guild on a day to day basis with the assistance of the Brigade of Honor High Command to ensure the highest member satisfaction possible and that departments are adhering to Guild Strategy.

Deputy Supreme Commander : Deputy Guild Leader / Chief of Staff to the Commander in Chief

Deputy Supreme Commander is a Six-star General rank, and the highest General Officer rank attainable by a Commissioned Officer within the Brigade of Honor not counting the rank of Supreme Commander which can only be held by the guild leader. The Deputy Supreme Commander serves as the Supreme Commander's Top Adviser and Second in Command of the entire guild and assists him in implementing new policy and regulations into the guild. They also lead the Guild as acting guild leader when the Supreme Commander is away or unavailable and are one of the few members who has the authority to promote Colonels to Brigadier Generals. This rank is also a Administrator Rank on the Guild Website.

General of the Army : Third in Command of the Brigade of Honor / Assistant Chief of Staff to the Commander in Chief

General of the Army is a Five-star General rank, and is Third in Command of the entire guild. He or She main duties involve supervising the General Staff and ensuring all departments are working as intended and at full efficiency. As the General of the Army the member may promote a Colonel to Brigadier General without consulting the Personnel branch and may demote members who they feel are not up to guild standards either ethically or members have violated guild policy. This member is Senior in rank to all General officers except the Deputy Supreme Commander and Supreme Commander. This rank is also a Administrator Rank on the Guild Website.

Captain - Commanding Officer of a Platoon

Captain's in the Brigade of Honor can serve many different roles including Platoon Commanding Officer , Recruitment Officer or Morale Officer. As a Platoon C/O the captain would ensure his platoon is properly geared and equipped for PvP and PvE / Raids and would lead them into battle for both. A Recruitment Officer is in charge of a "office" in one of the major cities in Final Fantasy 14 A Realm Reborn they ensure that new recruits meet guild standards and that proper recruitment procedure is followed, they typically lead a small unit of 5-6 lower ranking recruiters. A morale officer sees that members happiness if fulfilled and that any and all complaints are reported to an Armies Commanding General they also look for ways things may be improved for enlisted members.

Second Lieutenant - Newly appointed officers or graduates of the academy are assigned this rank and give a 1 month probation period until automatic promotion to First Lieutenant

Command Sergeant Major - The Highest Ranking Non- Commissioned officer in the guild and a lead enlisted advisor to the General Staff. Is in charge of all training for new members. Only one member holds this rank in the entire guild.

Private First Class - Enlisted Soldier

The rank of Private First Class is automatically awarded to a member after a period of 60 days of satisfactory performance as a private. Private First Class is the rank that most members of the Brigade of Honor hold as any rank beyond this requires recommendation from a Senior Non Commissioned Officer or Commissioned Officer to advance and a lot of members simply don't wish to hold a leadership position.

Private- Enlisted Soldier

The rank of Private is automatically awarded to a member after a period of 15 to 30 days of satisfactory performance as a recruit. As a Private the person gain all rights and privileges awarded a member of the Brigade of Honor and may begin to raid and participate in guild events. It is only after earning the rank of Private that the applicant is truly considered a full fledged Brigade of Honor Member.


No Insignia

Recruit - This is the Entry level rank for the Brigade of Honor, People holding this rank are not full members until they pass probation and are promoted to Private. Probation is a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 30 days although a officer of at least the rank of Colonel can exempt this period if they feel it is deserved.
