What this website records about visits, why, and for how long.

Visit statistics
When you open a page on this website we record: the date and time, your IP address, the page you opened, the website that linked you here (if any), and your browser's identification string (which tells us the browser, operating system and type of device, or that the visitor is a bot). We use your IP address to look up the approximate country and city you are visiting from, using the ip-api.com service.
We use this only to understand how the site is used (for example which pages are popular and where visitors come from) and to spot abuse. Only guild administrators can see it. It is not sold or shared, and it is deleted automatically after 90 days.

Cookies
We only use one essential cookie, which keeps members signed in and protects forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Member accounts
If you are a guild member, the details you or an officer enter on your profile are stored to run the roster and member features. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Other services
Some pages show live information from other services, such as game server status, Discord member counts and the Final Fantasy XIV Lodestone. The Minecraft status is loaded by your browser directly from mcstatus.io, which can see your IP address when it does.
